No. If rehydrated correctly, you cannot taste any difference between normal eggs and our powdered eggs. The process we use is different from spray-dried eggs, which require fermentation and sugar removal, both of which greatly influence the taste. No 'army' or 'boarding school' eggs here!

How do I store the powdered eggs?

Store the vacuum-sealed powdered eggs in a cool dark place, no refrigeration neccesary.

How long can the powdered eggs last?

When correctly stored, the vacuum-sealed powdered eggs will last more than 5 years up to 10 years.

How long can the powdered eggs last when opened?

The powdered eggs will last for 6 months when stored in an air tight container.
